Research and Teaching Assistant: MIT Sloan School of Management

September 2016 - January 2017

I served as a research and teaching assistant to Professor John Akula, a Senior Lecturer in Law at the MIT Sloan School of Management. I developed teaching cases, packets, and exercises for a graduate course titled "Entrepreneurship and Innovation: Legal Tools and Frameworks."

The course deals with the legal framework of innovation-driven entrepreneurship, both in the U.S. and abroad, including the financing of new ventures; some current developments in financial services regulation; and competition policy in the US and abroad, especially as applied to the new economy.
