Medical Device / Assistive Technology Innovation in India

August 2017

Following from my entrepreneurial work with Need-a-Knee, in August 2017, I served as an MIT Innovation Diplomat, interviewing key stakeholders around India to map out the medical device / assistive technology innovation ecosystem. To do this, I met with and interviewed representatives from government, corporations, startups, risk capital, universities, and NGOs. My final report with recommendations can be found here.

Having submitted one of the top reports for the Innovation Diplomats program, I was invited to present my findings to the faculty directors of MIT's International Science and Technology Initiatives (MISTI) as well as the heads of MIT's Regional Entrepreneurship Acceleration Program (REAP).
